Resale certificates are legally required documents ensuring that buyers have full disclosure before purchasing a property. Settlement package reviews by the Bradford Village HOA Board are required for the resale certificates.
White Oak Homeowners

Timeline
The buyer has 7 days from the date they receive the disclosures to review them. Requests to the Board for the settlement package review must be submitted a minimum of 17 business days before the settlement date. Your settlement date is required to submit a request for a settlement package (form below).
Fees
The seller is responsible for the processing fee of $250 made payable to Bradford Village Association Inc. The seller is also responsible for any outstanding balances on their account, if applicable.
The buyer is responsible for the $35 administrative fee for account setup made payable to Bradford Village Association Inc.
